The staff were lovely. we ate in restaurant and it was good and great value for money. laundry was cheap and done well. ideal place to stay for 1 night if using the ferry
the pool was out of use. 2/3 full and had green water. we booked this especially for the pool to relax for a day. the nearest beach was Buktot beach which was 15 miles away.

EVERYTHING ! - Reservation number no reply - Booking.com Voucher was not accepted - Gm just walked away - Only because of other arriving Guest (Business class) who knows owner was I even accommodated - rate was not acknowledged, said not connected to booking.com, wanted 8x d contracted price, after long interventions (and after long journey, with very rough sea, many people sick), still paid double of what was supposed to be paid - whole hotel one big construction site - only cold water in d whole hotel - 1st evening, no Water. 2nd night (lbm), no Water. Morning of departure, no Water. - no staff when looking for help re water. Wife was looking for FOA, found sleeping in an area of d Hotel + Security Guard, also sleeping - MANY bees in Hotel / hallway full - known door lock problems, difficult to open and close the room door - freezing air con (16!), autonomically of set temperature (24) - tv 4 Filipino channels - woollen blanket (1st time ever in den Philippines), hot (without the freezing Ac), not clean, irritating to skin (itchy), with bedbugs - flooring shower cubicle for pigsty (never seen anything like this before for a Hotel shower flooring) - lavabo up to knew only (about 40 centimeters from the floor) - toilet halfways up to calves (about 20 centimeters from the floor) Don' t know how to upload pictures here, and can' t be bothered (as already wasted way too much time on this), but available

A PICTURE IS NOT WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
The staff were helpful and the food was good. Location to ferry very good but why they build a ferry dock in the middle of nowhere is beyond me.
The beds were hard as a rock and the facility was more a boarding house than a hotel/resort. Rooms reminded me of workers barracks. Instead of staying overnight we caught the 10 pm ferry to Caticlan. Really, the hardest beds I have ever tried to lay on and we were dead tired. Sleeping in my truck on the ferry was far better option.

The only thing this hotel is useful for is if you are getting the ferry to caticlan
Don’t stay here if you have any expectation of a nice hotel. Red ants in the bed Don’t think you can call the dribble out the shower head an actual shower Stinks of damp It’s like sleeping in a port-a-loo for the night The bed is so old it’s like sleeping on wooden planks, the springs stick into your back all night, so uncomfortable I have been travelling south east Asia for a few months and Philippines specifically for 3 weeks and this is the worst hotel I have come across, if you are getting the ferry to save some money, don’t bother, it would have been 100 times easier to fly despite it being more expensive, the whole ferry experience is awful. I don’t know how this has a 3 star rating, it’s disgusting, wouldn’t even give it 1 star
