Fair
The staff were lovely. we ate in restaurant and it was good and great value for money. laundry was cheap and done well. ideal place to stay for 1 night if using the ferry
the pool was out of use. 2/3 full and had green water. we booked this especially for the pool to relax for a day. the nearest beach was Buktot beach which was 15 miles away.

Avoid this hotel due to no internet, no water and no pool
Location was easy to walk to from the ferry terminal. The air conditioning worked. The television worked. These are the only things I liked.
This was the worst place I have stayed at in the last year. They listed on booking.com that they had wifi. They lied and this is false information. There is no internet at this hotel. I stayed here for two nights and was so glad to leave. They have no hot water and in 2 days there was no water for shower use, toilet or sink for 90% of the time. I regret staying here and would advise one to avoid this place. I can't believe that there were positive reviews on such a bad hotel. There is much trash around the outside. They list a pool but the pool was 1/4 of water and not open. You will regret staying here. Find another place.

EVERYTHING ! - Reservation number no reply - Booking.com Voucher was not accepted - Gm just walked away - Only because of other arriving Guest (Business class) who knows owner was I even accommodated - rate was not acknowledged, said not connected to booking.com, wanted 8x d contracted price, after long interventions (and after long journey, with very rough sea, many people sick), still paid double of what was supposed to be paid - whole hotel one big construction site - only cold water in d whole hotel - 1st evening, no Water. 2nd night (lbm), no Water. Morning of departure, no Water. - no staff when looking for help re water. Wife was looking for FOA, found sleeping in an area of d Hotel + Security Guard, also sleeping - MANY bees in Hotel / hallway full - known door lock problems, difficult to open and close the room door - freezing air con (16!), autonomically of set temperature (24) - tv 4 Filipino channels - woollen blanket (1st time ever in den Philippines), hot (without the freezing Ac), not clean, irritating to skin (itchy), with bedbugs - flooring shower cubicle for pigsty (never seen anything like this before for a Hotel shower flooring) - lavabo up to knew only (about 40 centimeters from the floor) - toilet halfways up to calves (about 20 centimeters from the floor) Don' t know how to upload pictures here, and can' t be bothered (as already wasted way too much time on this), but available
